Sweet Tiers Cakery is a custom cake and candy buffet shop. Since 2010, we've helped our clients achieve their vision for their perfect cake. We take pride in our attention to detail and are small enough to provide you with a personal experience throughout the process.

Frank Deliessche, our cake decorator, discovered his love of baking at an early age while attending the Fleming School in New York. Several years later, he worked in a family-owned French Brasserie named Cafe Le Roy in Paris. Here is where his passion for working with baked goods flourished. 

In early 2010, Frank began working with his own homemade fondant to produce spectacular cakes and design elements. He is an amazing baker and cake artist and continues to expand his culinary interests at the Institute for Culinary Education. He has had the opportunity to learn from some of the most well-known dessert masters in the world, including François Payard and Nick Malgieri.
