Frank Deliessche, our cake decorator, discovered his love of baking at an early age while attending the Fleming School in New York. Several years later, he worked in a family-owned French Brasserie named Cafe Le Roy in Paris. Here is where his passion for working with baked goods flourished.
In early 2010, Frank began working with his own homemade fondant to produce spectacular cakes and design elements. He is an amazing baker and cake artist and continues to expand his culinary interests at the Institute for Culinary Education. He has had the opportunity to learn from some of the most well-known dessert masters in the world, including François Payard and Nick Malgieri.
The cake is one of the first things that people will see when they enter the room. Our goal is to deliver cake design, color and attention to detail that will leave your guests speechless. Sweet Tiers Cakery is its own harshest critic. Nothing leaves our kitchen without being perfect.
